Kyle Lapidus half of the art duo LoVid along with Tali Hinkis. LoVid has performed at International Film Festival Rotterdam, MoMA, PS1, The Kitchen, and Issue Project Room among many others. LoVid’s works have been exhibited at Urbis UK, The Jewish Museum NY, The Neuberger Museum NY, and The New Museum NY among others. LoVid has been artist in residence and received support from organizations including: Smack Mellon, Cue Art Foundation, Eyebeam, Harvestworks, free103Point9, NYFA, LMCC, Experimental TV Center, NYSCA, Foundation for Contemporary Arts, turbulence.org, and Greenwall Foundation. In addition to his personal work Kyle is also a NYC teaching artist working in collaboration with not-for profit organization and public schools for 9 years. Kyle’s work in art and education focuses on technology based projects. These projects have been produced in collaboration with Magic Box Productions, Studio in a School, Cue Art Foundation, Eyebeam, and Smack Mellon.
